Our Ministries in the Community

Joseph's Workshop

Volunteering in Joseph's Workshop

Joseph’s Workshop provides household items to families and individuals in need including furniture, kitchen items, linen and more.  The primary customer is an individual or family who has had to move out of their home, leave their furnishings behind and establish a new home.

Community Suppers

Community Supper for pickup.

Community Suppers are provided by volunteers once a month on the second Monday evening at the church.  Everyone in the community is invited to attend free of charge.

Discretionary Fund

The ECLC Discretionary Fund gives short term emergency financial assistance to members of our community for housing, utility bills, food, and more.  It is administered by a committee of church members.

Scouts

Scouts

We host a local Cub Scout pack that is open to boys and girls 5-12 years old.  The troop meets on Tuesday evenings, 5:30pm at the Church of the Holy Mount, and provides a meal and activities.

St. Anne's Guild

Christmas in July - St. Anne's Guild

St. Anne’s Guild is an active group of women who contribute in many ways to parish life. Their chief fund-raising event for charitable grants is Christmas in July, taking place in July each year and including a garage sale, bake sale, and boutique.

Men's Council

Unloading Matresses

The Men’s council is open to everyone and meets each first and third Saturday morning at 9am at the church.  The readings for the following Sunday are explored as well as projects for the church.  The men provide a breakfast at Church of the Holy Mount first Sunday between the services as a fundraiser for projects.

Christmas Toy Drive

Wrapping Christmas Presents

The Christmas toy drive provides toys and food for families who apply through the schools each year.

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is an interactive friendship between anyone who wishes to explore their spiritual/life journey and a Spiritual Director who is trained to see spiritual pathways in a person’s life and make connections that the person might not see.  Two members certified in Stillpoint Spiritual Direction are available for sessions.  Spiritual Direction does NOT tell you what to believe.

Daughter's of the King
