Welcome Come and See...

We welcome you if you are young, old, different than us, large, small, wear basic clothing, wear fancy dress, drive a new car, drive a clunker, have kids, are single, married, divorced, can sing, can’t carry a tune, or just came across our website. We welcome you if you are having problems, you’re down in the dumps, are lonely, don’t like organized religion, or don’t believe in God. We welcome you if you work too hard, don’t work, or because grandma is in town and wants to go to church. We welcome you as you are. 

Some of the things We Do

  • Prepare meals for the community and offer hospitality to all
  • Help anyone who needs our help with furniture, mattresses, household goods, utiliies, and more…
  • Share tears and laughter, griefs and joys with one another
  • Listen to differences of views and opinions with respect an curiosity
  • Enjoy the beauty of music and art, silence and contemplation
  • Nurture a respect for nature and gratitude for this earth.
  • Practice, love, hope, healing, and compassion as taught by Jesus
  • Celebrate life as gifted by an all-loving and forgiving creator God
  • Learn to recognize the gifts of God within every person
  • Support and encourage each other in our spiritual journeys, relationships, and challenges
  • Worship God according to ancient traditions
  • Invite the gifts and fruits of God’s spirit
  • Don’t try to be perfect

Many Names for God

God the creator has many names.  Use the name that means the most to you, Creator, Lord, Allah, Jehovah, Elohim, I AM WHO I AM, Yahweh, or your name for the creator and sustainer of the universe.
